Punctuation Playtime® was a featured program of the 2006-2007 school year of the West Contra Costa Public Education Fund in Richmond, CA. The Ed. Fund has provided enriching grants and programs for this district’s schools since 1983. This footage was taken from the the video shown at the Ed.
